Lifestyle brand Alpas is all about them, regardless of whether they work, live, or just chill there, Niamh’s main purpose is to provide them with the opportunity to bring their summer spirit everywhere they go, comfortably wearing swimwear underneath basically every type of everyday casual or workwear.

Born and raised in beautiful St Ives, she gets her inspiration from her home surroundings, taking closer look into clothing for SUP boarding and casual swimwear. Niamh has chosen for her target customer group young and adventurous females, 16-28 years old and is determined to provide them with beautiful and feminine designs to wear over their swimwear, while also focusing on sustainability, using materials such as recycled plastic from the Ocean. For this reason she has chosen as her main design cues ‘Security, Adaptability and Adornment‘, which she finds incorporate her ideas of beauty, comfort and functionality into a piece of clothing.
